The Ethos of Emily Grace Acupuncture

How does your emotional state dictate how well you feel? Working long hours and multi-tasking may feel productive, but how does it impact your energy levels over an extended period of time. Consider your unique constitution and how you tolerate changes to your environment in comparison to the next person. We should consider all factors when we try to piece together why we are feeling well or not.

New York City is an amazing place to be but our lifestyle can be frenetic, too busy, and full of environmental stresses. Emily wants New Yorkers to make acupuncture a part of their self care tool kit in order to keep doing what they do here in this great city. Feeling well physically, spiritually and emotionally is worth the investment.

Emily believes that this work is rooted in an exchange of healing energy. All healing occurs in relationship, therefore, she emphasizes that acupuncture treatments also be a learning experience.
