WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
Five Points Academy at 148 Lafayette St, NYC
MON 7:15-8pm; SAT 11am-12pm
This is a slow flow class that is truly meant for all levels and those who are pregnant. Breathe, alignment and mindful movement are emphasized. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and rest when needed. This class is held in an open gym floor of a busy martial arts academy. Mats are available for free of charge. The gym has a locker room with showers. Towels are available with a deposit. Please bring your own lock.
