We know there are several self-defense workshops being offered now and we encourage folx to attend as many of them as you can because it takes time to learn skills and consistent training is important. Attacks on our community are likely to continue and we want us all to be prepared. We also acknowledge that Asian femme’s experience gender-based violence and self-defense should be taught with us in mind. We are encouraging past attendees to re-attend!

Please follow @sisters.in.self.defense on instagram to find out where Monica will be teaching next.
