Cancellations
Cancellations can be made free-of-charge via text, email or call/voicemail with minimum 24 hours notice of appointment time.
All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session price.
An important aspect of what I want patients to learn and understand as part of their healing is that you are a part of something bigger. When you take a time slot up and do not give notice, you are taking away potential healing time and energy from others.
I hold space for you and we should be mindful of each other's time. We want to consciously consider how we take up space, energy and resources in life. I understand that real life emergencies happen and I want to hold space for you in those cases too.
Rescheduling
All rescheduling requests must be requested 48 hours or more before original appointment time.
If you reschedule your appointment within the same day, there is no cancellation charge, pending availability. There is no guarantee on available same-day appointments.
Late Policy
I will always try my best to accommodate you as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed that I will be able to.
When you arrive late, your appointment will end at the original slotted time. Please do not ask to extend or end the appointment at a certain time. I will not be able to accommodate this.
Add-ons (ie: cupping, gua sha, LED) may not be available when you are late.
Please be aware that being more than 5 min late compromises my ability to treat others to the best of my ability and in a timely manner. Lateness, late cancels and no shows ultimately impact other patients, my energy and the costs of running my business and the cost of treatment to everyone.
