Weekly Yoga Classes at Five Points Academy

Mondays 7:15 pm | Saturdays 11am

This is a slow flow class. It is especially great for beginners or those who do not have a regular studio practice. Please note that these classes are given in the middle of the gym floor so they may not include the element of quietness though we still get into a meditative flow. This is not a fast paced Vinyasa flow. We work on range of motion, body awareness and alignment. The goal is to walk out of this class feeling taller. I emphasize being relaxed when moving and resting when feeling over trained or out of breathe. If you're not a Five Points Member, please find this class on Class Pass!
