Sarah offers 60, 90 or 120 min massage. Types of massage: Deep tissue, Swedish, Post surgery with a recommendation from a doctor, Cupping, stretching, hot stone and pre & postnatal Massage.
She works with all kinds of aches and pains -neck/shoulder, TMJ, knee injuries, knee replacements, scoliosis, herniated or slipped discs in the spine and feet or hand/wrist related such as plantar fasciitis or carpal tunnel.
Tarot & Astrology Readings
Shayla offers 30 min Clarity and 60 min Deep Dive tarot and oracle readings along with channeled messages for healing.
A Touch of Astrology for Self Love, Growth, and Balance reading consists of 15 min Mini readings, 30 min Birth Chart reading, and 60 min Exploration readings.
Ancestral and spiritual guidance offerings are private 1:1 sessions incorporating different healing modalities, including channel messages, shadow work, crystal healing, spiritual limpias (cleansing), ancestral journey mediation and family/relationship healing, dream interpretation guidance, and more based on the need of clients. The practitioner's goal is to assist clients in discovering their empowerment, manifest goals and finding balance within the self.
The Vaginal Steaming offering consists of 45 mins pre-screening consultation to discuss medical history and health concerns, 30 min steam session, and 60 min session that includes steaming x intuitive card reading.

Treatment Room Rental
Currently seeking licensed providers who are looking to be in a COVID-safe environment. I am still maintaining a mask policy. I have treatment rooms available for rent on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. This is an elevator building with keyed restrooms. Each treatment room is outfitted with a massage table, air purifier, echo dot, sink and space heater to make it easier for you to build your own practice. Dedicated storage space can be made available to you.
I provide surgical masks upon entry. Multiple rooms make it so that practitioners can go into unused rooms to take mask breaks. Staff fridge, coffee maker, tea station and microwave so you can comfortably work here all day. Convenient and close to Canal Street subways.
BONUS for prenatal providers - my massage tables can be propped up at an incline for pregnancy. I also have the earthlite pregnancy massage cushion that allows some to lay face down while pregnant.
Especially looking for femme, non-binary, trans or women who are prenatal trained massage therapists! As well as psychotherapists, new acupuncturists, reiki practitioners or other energy healers. Rental agreement includes a minimum of 1 room, 1 day per week monthly for a 6 month commitment.
