Ear seeds are acupressure beads or seeds applied to acupuncture points on the ear to stimulate different points. Commonly helpful for anxiety, stress, insomnia, digestive upset, headache, and other pain conditions. Ear seeds are non-invasive and are applied by adhesive tape. They can be easily removed by the wearer. It is recommended to wear them for 3-5 days.
