Workshops & Events

Building community around healing is an important part of my work. My workshops are focused on creating safe(r) spaces to learn, share and connect with each other. We aim to build bridges, find connection and learn more about each other’s cultures and identities in hopes to enrich our own lives and those around us.

In-person events require you to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times. Zoom workshops are in Eastern Time Zone. Some gatherings are specified for certain communities. Please be sure to check details when signing up! Pre-recorded classes are also available.

A discussion on healthy periods and tracking your entire cycle. This class will include a short vaginal steam therefore will not be appropriate for those who are pregnant or are on their period.
