Please note there are no refunds. All facial appointments require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. All other appointments require 24 hours notice. All late cancels and no shows are subject to charge for the full amount of your appointment. Any lateness by 15 minutes or more is considered to be a late cancel.
